What information is shown here?

A table overview with which account / folder / object and which permissions the database is already shared.

Note: Lower level folders or objects have access by default if not explicitely limited.

The toolbar - under the navigation tabs

To add permissions you need to have Admin rights on this database and need to press the Share button in the toolbar.

Note: To grant permissions you need to have active user rights on the target as well.

Level of rights

The users of the account / folder / object with which this database is shared can

1. Map = link (enrich) IFC elements to materials or products from this database
2. Copy = also copy materials or products from this database to another
3. Contribute = also add materials or products to this database
4. Administrate = also manage this database

Note: Permissions granted can be adjusted at any time, but cannot be revoked.
